Moving into Our New Office Space
Sample post by Ashley Cartier

As a company that manufactures commercial door operators you may not expect a bright, modern and welcoming office space. But that is exactly what you’ll see when you walk in to our head office.
We have undertaken a rebranding of our company, as we attempt to stand out from other business’ in the industry. This redesigning of our company has expanded into our work space. As our business continues to grow, so does our team. We needed to change our space to reflect and accommodate all the changes and expanding that we are doing.
Instead of moving to a new location, we stayed where we are. We knocked down old walls and started from scratch. We rebuilt new spaces that better fit our team, and our growth. We have redesigned the space from the ground up.

If you are familiar with our company, you may already be aware of some of our values as a business. When it comes to our product and our work, we believe in simplicity, quality, teamwork and an effortless experience. We wanted our new space reflects these values.
We went for a minimalist approach. Instead of having a limited number of large offices, we opted for smaller offices, with glass walls. However, the majority of our team works at our communal desk areas. Our mission is to empower via simplification, and our new office helps us to do this. Our open work spaces also help our team to collaborate and communicate with each other easily and frequently. Our modern and minimalist look means there is less space for clutter to collect, which also ties into another one of our projects, which is our attempt to go paperless.

With this new design came more modern touches and up-to-date technology. Along with updating our old workstations, our new office space boasts smart TV’s and skype conference amenities which allows us to connect with people anywhere in the world easily.
While we are still working on getting settled into our new space, and finishing up phase 2 of construction, we are excited to be in the new space, and excited for the future.
