Waking Up

The loud sound grew from the bottom of the silence until it woke me up. Still feeling dizzy I tried to focus my eyes on something strange before me. A blue screen was floating in front of me like the old computers had. Doesn’t matter where I look, it was there.

- Please sir, accept the message so we can chat.

The sudden voice put my heart to jump and all my hairs were up. In an instant I was out of the bad, crawling on the floor, wherever it is, it would not get me so without a fight.

The damn didn’t go away, so I started to look into the corners of my vision. After a brief moment, nothing happened and whenever is out there didn’t move a flinch. I don’t know if it is good or bad.

A brief sigh came from the direction of the voice.

- Sir, I’m sorry to have startled you. I promise I won’t attack.

I heard it before, sweet words that trick you into an evil den. But one thing is for sure, a long time passed and I could not be like this forever.

- Do you want me to accept the message?

- Yes

- How?

A surprise sigh came from her.
