KPIs can be financial, such as net profit or revenue, or nonfinancial, such as customer satisfaction or retention. KPIs help organizations track their progress and make informed decisions to improve their outcomes.

Here we have YTD, PYTD and YoY calculations followed by a column and a line chart of current year sales.
Regarding the distribution of articles
The entire KPI building process will be covered in three parts with each part covering some portion of the process, in the final part everything will come together and we will get our KPI.
