2018 Broncos’ Season
Final Roster Thoughts

The Broncos’ final 53 is set, so it’s time to take a look. As always, there were several surprises.
Surprises:
* Special Teams over Special Skills: The Broncos kept six inside linebackers, including two that are simply excellent Special Teams players. The cost? De’Angelo Henderson on the roster and any receiver getting to be №6.
* Paxton Lynch Stays: This is only sort of a surprise. It seemed clear by Friday Lynch would stay, but it’s still a bummer.
* Jeff Holland Cut Free: The Broncos kept six linebackers and Holland wasn’t one of them…. It’s a strange and disappointing development.
* Practice Squad Could Be Great: If the Broncos can get guys like Holland, Henderson, Isaiah McKenzie, River Cracraft and David Williams to the Practice Squad, we could have some great depth.
