Caucus Countdown: Day 7

An open letter to precinct captains during the Iowa Caucus

The Iowa Caucuses are a long process to say the least. Candidates have been in our state for months now and it all comes down to one night’s worth of events on February 1st.

By now we are tired and emotionally drained and just ready for the madness to end.

Well, it will be over soon..before we event know it. We might actually miss the candidates a little…maybe.

To all the precinct captains out there — thank you for putting in the extra work to run these instrumental events.

I hope that through the aches and the pains, you all will have some fun.

The caucuses are an amazing part of history to be involved in. Be excited! The whole nation turns their eyes to us for this amazing opportunity to set the stage.
