7 Editing Tips To Help Your Story Flourish
Let’s work together.
Hey, Y’all!
It’s springtime and I’m feelin’ just fine! Let’s jump into this season filled with butterflies and planting sunflowers and all things new! How about you?
This year I’m going to check gardening tips to help my poor garden flourish. I can’t get out and hoe anymore, so buckets it is!
But I believe tips on my garden soil are my best bet. Just like writing. To make a story publishable, we need to add the right ingredients and nurture the content. It’s a symbiotic relationship.
That’s what editors do — help your story grow.
It’s come to my attention that we need to go over some editing and writing tips for MP writers. These tips are a reminder to help the editing process go smoothly for both of us.
Let’s dig right in!
- I’m going to start with your title and subtitle. If we suggest or you want to update yours, follow these steps: Go to the three dots in the upper right-hand corner — click on “Change display title/subtitle” — click on “done” — check to make sure everything is updated.
- Wait till your editor finishes her notes on the entire text before you start editing. Otherwise, it gets very confusing.
