Sleeping during perimenopause can be a challenge. It helps to have the right attitude, the right expectations, and the right kind of training!

The right attitude: You can do this!

The right expectations: It’s going to be miserable!

The right training: Well, that’s what this activity is all about…

If you have children, do you remember when you used to wake up every two or three hours to feed them and change their diapers? Maybe you even hooked yourself up to a miniature cow milking machine that sounded like demons were talking to you?

If you didn’t have children, do you remember when you could stay out until 2 a.m. and then still rise at 6:45 a.m. and get to work before your boss, looking as fresh as a daisy?

That’s the kind of energy we’re looking for here, ladies!!

Women like us have been going through the challenges of sleeping through the night during perimenopause for thousands of years!
