With Love, Megan is a Netflix show featuring Megan Sussex, Princess, who shows us how to live that soft girl life. In all that she does on the show, she shows intention — intention to make the lives of her friends and family beautiful. I am totally hooked.

Let me be clear: I am still that ruthless and driven older corporate female executive, but I have always loved girly things. I enjoy the self-care routine of my nails, toes, and lashes. I exercise to stay as fit as I can. I will not be pushed around by anyone. And you should see some of the sexy and comfortable outfits I wear around my house for no reason other than I felt like putting them on.
Being an older woman sometimes complicates my life, as there are many facets to older women that many do not want to acknowledge. Too bad—I am both a girl boss and a soft girl. Deal with it.
