My daughter was lamenting how long it was taking to find the right job. She was burnt out from Covid, having managed an urgent care facility right out of graduate school, without a physician on site. As a young woman, it was monumental.

Was Covid easy for anyone?

She learned a lot at that job but now knows it is time to make a change.

It’s not easy. What’s a girl to do?

Maybe you want to make a change, too. Do you want to lose weight? find a new job? Move to another town?

Everything is possible. Everything.

Change does not have to be difficult. I should know. I have moved 7 times since 2016. It is not fun, but it may be necessary.

The Five Steps

Sometimes, the anticipation is worse than the event. No matter what, I have analyzed change and determined there are 5 key steps to making any and every change, especially for the better.

They are:

  1. Dream
  2. Dare
  3. Do
  4. Detach
  5. Do it Again

Step Number One — Dream.
