But I have to admit I find it difficult myself to get away as much as I’d like to.
Most years I manage at least one vacation, though for the last four years — due to COVID and increased costs — I didn’t.
Finally, last fall, I got away to my favorite coastal retreat. On my first sunny day there, I escaped to a familiar hiking trail. It was about sixty degrees out, sunny, and calm—the perfect day for a long walk.
