I’ve Heard Way Too Much Diet Advice in My Life
But at least it was mostly inaccurate. Now I know better.
If I had a dollar for every incorrect piece of health and diet advice that was so carelessly thrown around in the ’70s, ’80s, and ’90s, I’d have about 27 bucks.
Not a lot of money, you might think, but it doesn’t take much to do some serious damage.
