reminds us that we can overdo this whole self-improvement thing, when the problem might just be self-acceptance and self-forgiveness. A lesson that stands us in good stead no matter when we learn it.
Resilience is also a word I apply to ’s long list of benefits she’s enjoyed from her yoga practice. And we don’t have to be all that good at it to attain them.
