“There’ll Be Sex in Our House Whether You’re There or Not”
And other inexplicable marital faux pas
I’m currently on sabbatical from the land of my birth, and from my family. And I have to admit I’m having the best time — except I really miss my husband. The 28th of October is our 24th wedding anniversary, and I’m a tiny bit sad we weren’t together to celebrate. It was the first time ever we weren‘t with each other on our anniversary.
Not to beat around the bush, me and my boo are like chalk and cheese — so the glue that holds us together is — sex.
That’s why I was a little bit worried about taking a month-long time out in another country. How on earth would he survive without me?

Before I embarked on my journey, I researched purchasing sex toys to keep him company while I was away.
But he was very clear and adamant — he did not want anything of the kind whatsoever.
