Here’s the skinny: we’re mostly scenery

I got a taste of freedom when I randomly bought two pairs of Lucky Jeans at an estate sale in 2006. They were a revelation. They fit comfortably. I could toss out my Levi’s and Lees and department store brands and live a sweet life of ease and contentment — or so I thought.
