They always help me get out from overwhelm, manage conflicting demands on my time, and meet looming deadlines with minimal stress. You can quickly and easily adapt them to your work and work style.
Tool 1: Just stop and do nothing
It seems counterintuitive to just do nothing when you feel overwhelmed by everything that needs doing. But the longer you spin your wheels, you can dig a rut so deep that you can’t get out.
