There’s a rhythm to life that can’t be forced but just followed. Your being wants to move to that rhythm.

Like a river carving its path through mountains, your being knows where to go. But you’ve got to allow it to flow freely.

And know that you’re not separate from the flow. You are the flow, ever-changing and ever-becoming.

Embracing change is the key, though.

Change is like the river and its currents.

And, when you stop resisting the currents of change, you begin to trust the intelligence of your own unfolding. Then, you are better able to release uncertainty and reflect on growth instead.

You realize that inner peace isn’t found in control, but in surrender. You’ll see that fulfillment is found in being fully present, fully alive, and fully your authentic self.

Let go of always trying to know everything. Instead, listen, feel, and flow.

You are NOT lost.

You are simply becoming.
