Don’t make this a harder decision than it needs to be…

Video Editors are grappling with the decision to save money on an Air or splurging on a Pro

Apparently Apple has really struck a nerve with video editors who are caught in the divide between saving a few bucks by purchasing a 13” M2 MacBook Air and splurging on a 14” M3 MacBook Pro.

To me, the decision is easy.

Buy the 14” M3 MacBook Pro.

But you’re still torn. You need to save a few bucks. Surely you can get by with the MacBook Air, right? Is the MacBook Pro really worth the extra money?

It 100% without question is.

But I can see you’re still not convinced. We’re gonna have to take closer look, aren’t we? Okay. That’s fine. Let’s break it down so you can see why.

So let’s immediately throw out any comparisons between the base models of these computers because if you’re a video editor 8GB of unified memory and a 256GB SSD is ridiculous.

We’re gonna do some upgrading.

First, the 13” M2 MacBook Air.
