This morning saw the mass rollout of Mac Studio and Studio Display unboxing/review vids on YouTube. Matti Haapoja, Peter McKinnon, Tyler Stalman, and Oliur all dropped fresh vids on us as Apple’s marketing team looks to hype up consumers for the debut of their new super computer.

And their somewhat underwhelming but incredibly expensive Studio Display.
(yes, I bought one, dangit — but will I regret it…? 🤷🏻‍♂️)

Apple’s brand new 27" Studio Display costs $1599 USD — too much?

But there was one video that was different than the others… Much, much different. It was iJustine’s video celebrating the launch of the Studio Display and the all-new Mac Studio.

If you’re a huge fan of Final Cut Pro like I am, you noticed it pretty quickly. Noticed what? The new Final Cut Pro feature! AND you noticed that Apple (presumably) just did something that they have never done in the ten+ year history of the current version of Final Cut Pro.
