Follow these
step by step instructions —

Step onto
the yoga mat,
and stand upright,

Hush
your racing thoughts,

Close your eyes,
and focus,

Inhale slowly,
and deeply,
with that same passion
for the aroma of
spicy fried chicken,
or gobi manchurian,

Hold your breath for sixty seconds,
fearing,
explosion of digestive gas
that smells, rotten eggs,
as a result of late night combo meal —
chickpeas, radish, and asparagus,

Relaxing your respiratory muscles,
stretch your legs —
wide apart by five feet,

Hear this —
Drrrrrr…???
Stop!
Hurry!
It’s time to change your pants.
