Soft skills are the amplifiers you need to “design the UX of you”.

When I was 14 years old, my brother-in-law gave me my first stereo receiver. If you don’t know what that is, a receiver amplifies an electrical input signal from a TV or audio player and sends that signal to audio speakers, greatly increasing their output and volume.
