Tap into your brain’s playground.

My kids probably think I’m weird. That’s okay, they’re probably right. They catch me from time to time talking to myself. I do it all the time. I mumble while working, chat in the shower, and narrate myself through my morning routine. I’ve done it ever since I can remember. It’s how I think. And I know it probably sounds strange if people hear me doing it, but I’ve found these self-conversations are where some of my coolest ideas emerge.

It’s also where some of my best arguments start! 😂

At 44, these solo dialogues aren’t signs that I’m losing it! They’re my superpower for staying happy and creatively charged. This habit is deeply connected to how our brains are wired to spark creativity. These internal dialogues are like little mental pit stops where our brains connect the dots between thoughts, ideas, and memories that, on the surface, might seem completely unrelated.

This seemingly random chatter is our brain’s Default Mode Network (DMN) at work — a hidden powerhouse quietly fueling creativity behind the scenes.

You have a DMN too, it’s amazing, and I want to teach you how to tap into it.
