The Power of One: How a Single Message Can Reignite Your Creative Purpose
You provide more value than you realize.
What Even is the Point?
As a UX designer and writer, I believe in and regularly share the power of design and soft skills to transform lives. For the past eight years, I’ve poured my heart into articles about applying design skills to oneself, about shaping how we are experienced by others, and about using soft skills for a better life. This stuff works and I want to share it with the world.
Each piece of content is a labor of love, meticulously crafted, a small part of me I hope provides value to someone. I set aside countless hours away from my family each week to do it. I very much enjoy writing and exploring ways to help others, which keeps me coming back. I take my time to “design” my articles and ensure they read well, have engaging content, provide takeaway value, and have a strong throughline.
I really do try.
And yet…
In the quiet aftermath of publishing, I often find myself wrestling with doubt and disappointment. The digital void seems to swallow my words, leaving behind a trail of low view counts and a haunting silence.
