For the past 90 days, I’ve connected with dozens of individuals who recently announced a job update in UX/Product Design. I wanted to understand and extract from them what they felt was the determining factor in being “found” and landing their job. Their stories and techniques were astounding and served as a bold reminder of the challenging paths UX designers face as they begin, grow and advance in their careers.
