A food is the essence of living in many people life. The intake of healthy meals is very vital for the living of masses. Healthy meals essential for healthy living is a fact which cannot be denied. Meals that are rich in the nutrients required for a healthy brain and heart are termed as a wholesome meal. Usually, three meals are taken during a day, which should be rich in proteins and other minerals required for the body says Mila Korchmar. Different meals are characterized by people. Eggs, Salmon and Chicken, etc. are some foods that help you in reducing weight.

Food is universal. The food gives freedom and brings all religions and communities together. The essence of life is maintained by eating right foods. Fasting is considered the best way to get rid of the excess fat from our body. Avoid over eating to remain healthy. Always eat food which have low calories. Eating less tend to live a long life. People eat for fun and enjoyment. The celebrations in the family and all the festivals are more or less based around food. Food has become more important than life.

Always eat at right intervals. Different food museums have been set up worldwide which one must visit to understand the right value of various foods. Most popular foods are pastas, different meat and rice. Some of the balanced foods are Kale, Avocados, Oil fish and other poultry dishes.

Food is a substance consumed by the living being which gives nutritious support. Food is generally derived from various plants and animals for survival. Fruits, vegetables and whole grains rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fibers are healthy to eat. There are different food recipes and cooking tips available online for your family. Mila Korchmar says that Food provides bodies with calories and various nutrients to balance weight and decreases the risk of chronic diseases. Proteins and cholesterol present in the food help us to grow and repair different muscles and enhances energy.
