There are several benefits of eating healthy like your body weight, different chronic diseases and overall condition of the body. Always go for the food that is low in sodium and sugar. Food high in refined sugar has a direct impact on the brain and subsequently it affects your mood. Spinach, Dried fruits, Blueberries, Almonds, Fish and eggs are good for brain health. Eat Whole grains

Go for whole-grain food, Have a bowl of oatmeal whole-grain cereal for breakfast. Also, you can eat brown rice or whole-wheat pasta for lunch or dinner. Interchange whole wheat for bread, pancakes, cakes and cookies. Use less of butter and salt in all your food items.

Concentrate on fruits

Purchase fresh fruits in summer or try dried, frozen or canned fruits. Have a bowl of whole fruit and make the meal spread over the day. Have the short meals started to digest better.

Add more vegetables

Eat green and eat natural vegetables of the season for a quick side dish. You can go for vegetable soup, stir fry or veggie pizza.
