#TwitterlessDannyWild is on his annual migration to Hawaii before the Winter Meetings, so it’s just me on this edition of Minoring in Twitter.

Nolan Gorman is a man of many talents. He’s the Cardinals’ top-ranked position player, and he has above-average power. Plus, he was the first player born in 2000 to be selected in the MLB Draft, so there’s that. But this week, Gorman showcased another talent while hanging out with Rays prospect Matthew Liberatore.

According to Wikipedia, Gorman and Liberatore have been BFFs since they were 5, growing up in Arizona. The Rays’ No. 5 prospect has frequently touched 97 mph with his fastball, but there is no radar gun here, so we can only assume Gorman caught the ball at 101 mph.

Baseball’s No. 15 overall prospect, Jo Adell, was v impressed.

Recent Marlins signee Victor Mesa Jr. (not to be confused with his brother, top Miami prospect Victor Victor Mesa) sat down with his new boss, Derek Jeter, and former Marlins minority owner/singer Marc Anthony. I have many questions, but the biggest is, how much did A-Rod come up? (Jeter’s onetime bestie-turned-teammate is, of course, dating Anthony’s ex-wife, Jennifer Lopez.)

Meanwhile, the Astros’ Josh James and Mets’ Peter Alonso have a lot to celebrate.

If Peter and Haley are looking for a minister, we know a guy.

Fun fact: MiLB.com’s own Sam Dykstra is ordained through the same church. Maybe at Spring Training they’ll perform a wedding together!

Since last week was Thanksgiving, many Minor Leaguers shared who/what they’re thankful for. Here are a few who are #blessed.

Speaking of college rivalries…

Besides family and football, the third F of Thanksgiving is, of course, food.

This year, we got a special treat during Thanksgiving week as Phil Mickelson and Tiger Woods squared off in the greatest showcase of talent, friendly wagering and semi-awkward long walks that golf has ever seen. Yes, I spent my Black Friday at a golf bar in Times Square watching #TheMatch. The Minor Leaguers tuned in as well.

#TheMatch even went into “extra innings” with Phil coming out victorious after 22 holes.

The contest has inspired many other wagers, perhaps most prominently between a pair of recent Minor Leaguers, Trevor Bauer and Alex Bregman.

Now, Mitch Garver has challenged Twins prospect Stephen Gonsalves to their own bet.

This Tyler Hill tweet is a real mood, and I am here for it.

Is it too early to start thinking about 2019 walk-up songs?

Actually the real question is, is it too early to listen to Christmas music?

Twins prospect Tom Hackimer respectfully disagrees.

Let’s get back to Tyler Hill.

Did someone mention Chipotle?
