We’ve reached Valentine’s Day, which means Spring Training is knocking on the door. Please enjoy this selection of Minor Leaguers feeling obligated to tweet their Valentine’s wishes this week:

MiLB mascots also got in on the love. Here are a few!

Indians prospect Dane Hutcheon had his own V Day adventure.

Now, back to our regularly scheduled Minoring in Twitter

Football szn officially ended at the beginning of the month with the Patriots beating the Rams, 13–3. Although Tom Brady did not register a touchdown, he was still the talk of MiLB Twitter.

Meanwhile, Mariners prospect Jarred Kelenic did yoga with an actual goat.

Anyone know if goats and cats get along?

Pony, Polar, Round Rock and now… Cleaning Express?

Webb should clean Mauricio Dubon’s house and perhaps this unfortunate incident below could be avoided next time:

Turns out a lot of people still play Words With Friends. Also turns out Indians prospect Ernie Clement is v good (or just v confident).

White Sox prospect Jake Burger is watching a movie about playing a game:

Speaking of players who are ready…

We’d like that too, Alex. And, shout-out to Nolan Gorman, who will become the Cardinals’ top prospect once Reyes pitches one more inning in the Majors (exceeding the 50 IP limit for prospect status).

Nationals prospect Jacob Condra-Bogan was preparing for Spring Training when someone put a hole in his wall.

Pitchers and catchers have reported to Spring Training, which means baseball is finally back (basically)!

This is a very special camp for Rangers prospect Scott Heineman and his brother, Tyler, who is a prospect in the D-backs system.

Of course, not everyone has shown up to camp yet.

Which brings us to another busy position player…

This month, the Mets’ Tim Tebow has been putting on his annual “Night to Shine” events, which give teens with special needs a prom night. Fellow Minor Leaguer Braden Webb joined in on the memorable event.

Tebow has also been busy with his new movie, Run the Race, which according to IMDb has the tagline, “The Weight of the World. The Love of a Brother.”

He was also on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon to discuss his elaborate proposal and his return to baseball. (He says he’s eating only boiled chicken and broccoli, hopes to reach the Majors and wants Fallon in attendance if and when he makes his debut.)

Perhaps Tebow could help Nats prospect Sterling Sharp with his public speaking.

While we’re on the topic of a best man, a couple prospects shared memories of Hank Aaron for his birthday.

Anyone else have strong opinions about peanut-butter-spreading best practices like the Astros’ Nick Tanielu?

Food tweets, of course, bring us to:
