Cardinals OF Randal Grichuk, Triple-A Memphis: 3-for-5, HR, 3 R, 2 RBI — Cardinals outfielders have a .676 OPS this season. Grichuk has a .959 OPS, Oscar Taveras has an .867 mark and Stephen Piscotty is at .831.

Astros RF Domingo Santana, Triple-A Oklahoma City: Homers on consecutive days for the 21-year-old, who’s slashing .289/.350/.477 in his first look at Triple-A.

Red Sox C Blake Swihart, Double-A Portland: 2-for-3, HR, RBI, R, BB, SB — The switch-hitter has a 1.000 OPS against left-handed pitchers and has both of his two homers this season against lefties. He has a .645 OPS vs. right-handers.

Padres C Austin Hedges, Double-A San Antonio: 4-for-5, 2 2B, 2 RBI, K — Technically, most of these hits came on Sunday, as the game was finished Monday after a rain postponement. Hedges’ bat has been heating up of late, lifting his average to .274 this season with six doubles in his past nine games.

Rangers RHP Alex Gonzalez, Class A Advanced Myrtle Beach: 6 IP, 3 H, BB, 5 K — “Chi Chi” has worked at least six innings in four straight starts and is yet to allow more than three earned runs in any start this year. The 22-year-old has walked just 10 in 48 1/3 innings.

Twins RHP Jose Berrios, Class A Advanced Fort Myers: 6 1/3 IP, 4 H, 2 BB, 8 K — Miracle pitching coach Gary Lucas has been working with Berrios on easing off his mid-90s fastball and focusing more on control. Berrios has thrown consecutive scoreless outings, showing better command in this one than when he walked four over five innings on May 7.

Blue Jays SS Dawel Lugo, Class A Lansing: 3-for-5, HR, 2 RBI, 2 R, K — The homer was the first for Lugo with the Lugnuts. The 19-year-old is 7-for-10 in his past two games.

A’s 1B Matt Olson, Class A Advanced Stockton: 3-for-4, 2 HR, 2B, 3 RBI, 3 R, BB — Big game for the 2012 first-rounder, who has four homers in his past 10 games and seven on the season. He’s struck out 35 times in 37 games but has shown some pop and a knack for the free pass with 29 walks.
