Other top prospect performances:

Dodgers OF Joc Pederson, Triple-A Albuquerque: 3-for-6, HR, 4 R, 2 RBI, K, SB — Pederson has 14 homers and 13 steals while hitting .361 in Triple-A. He’ll be ready whenever a spot opens in Los Angeles and should be a solid contributor both to the Dodgers and to fantasy lineups once he finds MLB playing time.

Phillies 3B Maikel Franco, Triple-A Lehigh Valley: 1-for-3, HR, RBI, R, BB — Franco has seven walks and five strikeouts in his past 10 games. After struggling with pitch selection in April, the 22-year-old appears to have turned a corner with the IronPigs.

Yankees C Peter O’Brien, Double-A Trenton: 2-for-4, HR, 2B, 4 RBI, 2 R — That’s six homers in nine Eastern League games for O’Brien and 16 long balls in 39 contests this season. The 23-year-old has big raw pop and can drive the ball out to all parts of the field.

Twins RHP Jose Berrios, Class A Advanced Fort Myers: 7 IP, 5 H, 2 ER, 3 BB, 10 K — The Twins have wanted Berrios to ease off the velocity on his heater in exchange for some extra command, and the hurler has strung together a nice run of starts of late. The seven-inning stint was his longest of the season.

Pirates OF Josh Bell, Class A Advanced Bradenton: 2-for-6, HR, R, RBI, 2 K — The switch-hitter has four homers and nine doubles in 42 games in the pitcher-friendly FSL. The power should come, as the strength is there for the 6-foot-3, 213-pound Texan.

Mets LHP Steven Matz, Class A Advanced St. Lucie: 6 IP, 7 H, 3 R, 2 ER, 8 K — Finally healthy, the 22-year-old is dominating the FSL with his low-to-mid-90s fastball. Matz has a 2.22 ERA and 44 strikeouts in 44 2/3 innings.

Dodgers SS Corey Seager, Class A Advanced Rancho Cucamonga: 2-for-4, HR, 2 R, RBI, K — Seager’s stick might be ready for a tougher test, as the 20-year-old is slashing .340/.394/.567 with the Quakes, including homers in three straight games.

Rockies OF Raimel Tapia, Class A Asheville: 3-for-3, HR, 4 RBI, 3 R, 2 BB — The 20-year-old is heating up in the SAL, hitting .324 while cutting down on the strikeouts over his past 10 games. Slashing .279/.331/.393 on the season.
