We are delighted to announce the expansion of modular liquidity, with milkTIA entering the vast EVM world. Thanks to Axelar, milkTIA is now available on Arbitrum’s Camelot DEX. This means that users who do not have access to Cosmos wallets can now acquire and hold milkTIA with EVM wallets in the EVM world.
For full coverage of the milkTIA use cases, 👉 check out our Discovery page.

Introduction to Axelar

Axelar delivers secure cross-chain communication for Web3, enabling you to build Interchain dApps that grow beyond a single chain. Bridge on Axelar

Here’s how you can get started:

  1. Access Satelitte: First, navigate to Satelittle Protocol.
  2. Connect Your Wallet: Connect your wallet that holds your milkTIA tokens.
  3. Select Chains and Asset: Select from Osmosis, and to Arbitrum for chain selection. Select milkTIA for asset, enter the amount you wish to transfer.
  4. Add milkTIA to EVM: Click on Add Asset button to add milkTIA asset details to your EVM wallet for the balance to show up after bridging.
  5. Connect EVM Wallet: Manually enter your EVM address in ‘Destination Address’ or click Fill with MetaMask.
  6. Transfer: Click Generate Deposit Address, the page will load for awhile. Confirm the popup. Click Send From Keplr, and confirm transaction.

Swap and LP on Camelot

After bridging your milkTIA to Arbitrum, you can now LP into the Camelot pool. Or you can simply purchase milkTIA on Camelot directly:

  1. Create position: Navigate to the milkTIA: ETH pool page, select Create position. Select your preferred range, input amount.
  2. Confirmation and Monitoring: Confirm the transaction. Once it’s processed, you can monitor your position directly on the pool page to see if it’s in range.

Tips for Using Camelot Dex

  1. Stay In Range: The smaller the range, the higher the yield, but there is also a greater risk of impermanent loss. When deciding on a price range, it’s important to think about how much you expect prices to change during the time that you’re holding your position. You’ll also need to think about how much time and effort you’re willing to put into managing your position as market conditions change, as well as the costs involved in making those changes.
  2. Stay Informed: The DeFi space is rapidly evolving. Stay updated with Camelot’s updates and general DeFi trends.

This wraps up the sixth post of the Where Is The Cheese Series.

Happy Milking! 🐄🥛
