the one that always is to say
the worst, the cruelest of comments.
the one who never walks away,
in deepest lowest of the moments.

nobody told you who that was,
and if they did, you wouldn’t listen,
that you do matter here the most.
do not declare yourself as missing.

enjoy yourself, dig down to learn,
what are your biggest flaws and fears?
do not close in your world to mourn
and drown just in the happy tears.

and if the pain got to your bone,
and seems like nobody will follow,
it’s always dark before the dawn.
it hurts, it means it isn’t hollow.
