We could all do with some.

Always start with washing away murky thoughts thoroughly
And allow compliments to marinate for a few moments.
Next, finely dice your insecurities and julienne your judgments.
Then temper your bad days, and let them simmer for some time.
Don’t sweat the small stuff, they won’t affect the taste anyway.
Be generous with kindness throughout, it’s the most important ingredient.
Blanch your sadness in a pot full of love,
That should get rid of the bitterness that comes with it.
When in doubt, flambè your fears, that’ll leave a sweet smell behind.
And always remember to whisk some selflessness and love into everyday life.
Finally, add a pinch of passion and a small dash of empathy,
Voila! you’ve whipped up the most delicious plate of happiness
Don’t forget to share your plate with your loved ones
Because sharing is caring, and yes, it’s cheesy.
