Happy Friday! MAP’s Five on Friday kicks off the weekend by sharing five things we loved this week. Join in with us by sharing five things you’re loving in the comments below!

{{№1: Bridging}}

MAP’s Steven Olikara moderated several Politicon 2018 panels! Politicon is hosted in Las Angeles and includes two days of discussions. We loved this panel on getting along in spite of disagreements featuring Bakari Sellers, Charlie Kirk, Kyle Kulinski, Michael Knowles, and Roaming Millennial.

{{№2: Running}}

Millennials dig politics, and they’re running for Congress! We’re excited about this list of 20-somethings who are running for the House of Representatives. Check out their names and election chances, as predicted by FiveThirtyEight.

{{№3: Traveling}}

This past Thursday, MAP traveled to Omaha, Nebraska for our “Cocktails and Conversation” event with State Senator Brett Lindstrom and Senator Adam Morfeld, co-chairs of Next Generation Nebraska and part of our Future Caucus network. We loved meeting folks in their home state!

Pet costumes are in season, and a Texas farm has been celebrating all month. We’re awwing at these adorable daily Twitter posts. Each day leading up to Halloween, a puppy is dressed in a new costume. Check it out for yourself!

{{№5: Watching}}

We can’t get enough of scary movies for spooky season. Though Halloween is next week, these scary movies will scare you anytime.
