MIMIR is Celebrating it’s 1st Year of Operation

I blinked and an entire year has gone by! It’s hard to believe that one year ago this month, MIMIR came to life. I remember sitting in hammocks in our backyard in Hawaii with Hunter, Nick and Forrest talking about potential names of their potential company they were going to start once Hunter graduated from UH Manoa. It has been a goal from the beginning to spread knowledge on the topic of blockchain, so using the Nordic god of wisdom, Mimir, was more than fitting.

I never doubted for a minute that these guys would accomplish their dreams. What we didn’t understand was just how much blood, sweat and tears it would take to make it to this point. There were many roadblocks along the way as we found our equilibrium and balance. There were long restless nights and weeks trying to accomplish deadlines we had set for ourselves. But it was all worth it!

In one year, we have attended a number of conferences, taught courses on blockchain tech, and made professional connections we couldn’t be more thankful for. Our community has grown substantially, and we are continuing to build meaningful technology to better this space. We’re incredibly thankful to all of those who have helped make this dream come true for us. And we look forward to continue to serve the blockchain community.
