The reasoning engine of Mind AI can be applied to all industries. It is expected that it could be used by any industrial groups and service providers that utilize logical reasoning, such as new drug development, new diagnostic and treatment methods, personal assistants, shopping assistants, asset managements, virtual mentors, or/and teachers.

Artificial general intelligence (AGI) or Strong AI is a system that imitates human intelligence that can be used generally, and not only for models optimized for a limited function. Based on these features, it can be used across various industries, and there are no limitations to the technology. Mind AI possesses the natural language reasoning AI engine from the New Symbolic Paradigm, which is based on AGI. It is the only technology that can be applied universally to various industries.

If you compare Mind AI’s engine to a computer system, it would be equivalent to a CPU. Pairing with the direction pursued by conventional AI, computer vision can be seen as a camera attached to a computer, voice recognition as a microphone, text to speech as a speaker. But these are just components that make up a computer. To make it work, it requires a CPU. In the computer hardware industry, companies such as Intel, AMD, Apple, Samsung, and ARM design and produce CPUs. There is no doubt that it is a key component of computers, smartphones and IoT machines, and is being used by all machines.

How is it applicable to industry?

Ontology is the fuel that powers Mind AI’s logical reasoning AI engine. Our engine uses a high-dimensional, general rule ontology as a general knowledge, a powerful feature that can be used concurrently in any domain or industry. Therefore, Mind AI can utilize its functions to become a CPU company in all industries where AI is utilized.

In an age when AI is being used in most industries, we are pushing into building the foundation to create new domains in which machines can excel in, by developing natural language-based logical reasoning algorithms and techniques that no existing company has ever succeeded in creating.
