In the midst of the current lockdown that most people are facing due to the COVID-19 pandemic that we’re at war against, a lot of us are probably missing working out in our regular gyms.

I know I do.

I mean, if you have the luxury of having your own fully equipped gym at home, good for you. But the majority of us probably do not have that luxury and now that we’re in lockdown, we’re stuck to doing home exercises — which isn’t really a bad thing.

However, I for one, am really looking forward to when this is all over and we can (hopefully) go back to resuming life normally again so that I can go back to my gym and start working out using the equipment that I’ve grown to love. And with that, being able to go back to doing my most loved workouts too.

Here are my 5 favourite chest workouts that I can’t wait to do in the gym once again.

1. Bench press
