My 60 Days Fitness Challenge — Week 8
How did days 50 to 56 go?
After getting back on track last week, I was all pump up to go again this week. Being my second last week before my 60 days are over, I knew it was important that I put in another solid week, just like how I was able to do so last week.
So, let’s see how days 50 to 56 went.
Monday
Workouts : 45 minutes of weights / 250 calories burned
Diet : Breakfast — Intermittent fasting / Lunch — Rice with dishes / Dinner — Smoothie
Rest : 6.5 hours of sleep
Tuesday
Workouts : 45 minutes of weights and 30 minutes of cardio / 650 calories burned
Diet : Breakfast — Smoothie / Lunch — Fried rice / Dinner — Noodles
Rest : 7 hours of sleep
Wednesday
Workouts : 40 minutes of cardio / 300 calories burned
Diet : Breakfast — Porridge / Lunch — Roasted chicken / Dinner — Fried kuew teow
Rest : 7 hours of sleep
