How long should you hold your plank for?

Planks are the perfect exercise for those currently stuck at home with no equipment. Add that into your workout with some other bodyweight exercises, and you’ll be able to sustain a healthy level of fitness. To some in the fitness industry, the plank is considered the best exercise, and others may say it’s the burpee.
