I’ll get straight to the point:

These are lessons that I've learned after hundreds of dates, approaching countless women, investing money in dating courses and coaching (most of which, sadly, did not help), practicing, testing, making mistakes, living in dozens of countries, and pushing myself to learn.

I'm still learning every day, but these are the biggest lessons that would've definitely helped me if I had known them a decade ago.

1. Stop Complaining About Online Dating

Here are two truths:

  1. Almost everyone who doesn't use online dating hates it.
  2. Almost everyone who does use online dating hates it.

My advice to my younger self would be to stop moaning about it.

It's here to stay—and it’s only going to grow—so you can either complain or use it to your advantage.

Chances are, if you use it and complain about it, you'll subconsciously create experiences that confirm how much you don't hate it.
