3 Easy Exercises You Can Do Daily To Strengthen Your Mind
You can achieve anything if you really put your mind to it
As as kid, I was always confused between the mind and the body. On one hand, if your body is weak, you can fall sick and die, even if your mind is sharp.
But on the other hand, you can have the healthiest body in the world, but if your mind is weak, you can still fall sick and die too — like being in a vegetative state due to brain damage, brain dead, etc.
It was only when I got older and experienced mental challenges (I went through depression a few times, and battled with anxiety and panic attacks) that I truly understood just how interlink our minds and bodies are.
However, from a personal point of view, I find that the mind is a slightly more important organ (the most important organ after the heart if you ask me) and thus, it’s so important to ensure it’s well taken care of.
I also find that when you have a healthy mind, one of the side effects of it is a healthy body because you’d tend to make decisions that will benefit your overall health — which of course includes your physical health.
