3 Stoic Micro Morning Routines You Can Try This Week
3-part meditations that take less than 10 minutes
I was encouraged by the response to my recent article, A Stoic’s 9-Minute Micro Morning Routine.
The idea of having simple but powerful daily practices that can be sustained over a long period seemed to resonate with readers.
Being able to generate a gentle yet energizing boost in under ten minutes is as appealing as it is manageable.
With that in mind, and to provide some variety, I have created additional micro morning routines that are more specific in nature.
Each deals with one idea that you can meditate on and, as Seneca put it, digest:
Each day acquire something that will fortify you against poverty, against death, indeed against other misfortunes as well; and after you have run over many thoughts, select one to be thoroughly digested that day.
