I’ve been there. I felt burdened for years by too many demands. And not just during the day. Chaos and overwhelm infiltrated my dreams as well.

I watched as the constant pressure drained my joy, devolved into stress, and depressed my motivation.

I couldn’t go on like that.

So, one January, I declared the next twelve months my “Year of Less Pressure.”

During that time, I found nine ways to lighten my load. Some were simple. Some required a more significant shift.
