Russell Brand has been making a name for himself as something of a self-help guru in recent years. Brand’s work draws on his own well-publicised battle with addiction and the consequent recovery which he documented in a New York Times bestselling book.
He also hosts an insightful podcast which I would recommend to anyone who is interested in self-improvement or mental health. You will probably be surprised at the depth of knowledge that Brand displays in this podcast, as was the case with this journalist from The Atlantic.
