I Didn’t Expect This About Meditation

The first time I heard about meditation, I was skeptical and didn’t believe in its effects. How could sitting on the ground or a couch improve your life that significantly?

Surely that wouldn’t be possible.

That was around 2010/2011 when I was ten years old. But now I’m 21 and I have a completely different view of the world and reality.

So when 2 years ago, the coronavirus pandemic broke out, I started looking into more self-care and improving my health — meditation was one thing that many professionals recommended.

So I tried the first meditation method that I saw.

That wasn’t going to work. Ever. Without proper research on your own body and how it responds to different meditation, that will not have any beneficial effects.

But then I started trying different techniques and it changed my view on meditation and life in general.

There Are Unlimited Ways Of Meditating, All Are Correct

Listen carefully.

There is no perfect formula for successful meditation. You have to find it out for yourself.
