If You’re Angry All the Time — You’re Holding Yourself Back
Don’t blame yourself for the way the world is. Don’t blame the world for the way you are.
I stormed out of Urgent Care.
I kept my cool until I was outside, and I’m pretty sure the woman at the front desk could see me cursing through the window. I got in my car and let the steam out for 10 minutes before driving away.
What the hell was wrong with me?
But there I was, pissed because she kindly explained to me why I should go see my primary doctor (I moved recently, so that wasn’t an option).
Every time we let frustration get the best of us, we’re stabbing our hearts until it’s dead inside. Eventually, we become husks of the happy-go-lucky people we used to be.
Luckily, we don’t have to let anger consume us.
Why you’re mad
Why do we get so darn worked up about the little things?
The world sucks, sure. There’s a war in Europe for no good reason, and inflation in the States is probably a lot higher than the government wants us to believe.
Damn. Sh!t sucks right now (if you look at it that way).
