It’s been a while.

A while since I wrote you this newsletter.

I’ve been very busy with finalizing my school. As some of you know I’m doing a Bachelor in Software Engineering and almost finished.

That doesn’t mean I’ve not been doing some thinking and writing.

But I’ve moved a lot to Substack lately, to The Introverted Mind.

In my latest article, I talk about overthinking and people with anxiety.

You can read it here if you’d like.

It’s mostly free content on Substack from me, but if you enjoy my newsletter, consider becoming a paid subscriber. For $5/month you can support me tremendously.

Besides that, it’s an amazing community with Substack Notes where you can post short notes (like on Twitter/X) and connect with all the other writers and readers.

I’ll keep reviewing the Mind Cafe submissions, but I’m not sure if I’ll be writing a lot here anymore :)

That’s just the short update I wanted to give you.

Enjoy your week, and your summer
