At your core lies your inner truth. The closer you live to that truth, the more serene and joyful your life will be.

However, you choose to face outward, more concerned with the actions and opinions of others than with tending to your truth.

Focusing outward moves you to the periphery of your life and away from your central wisdom. This distancing between yourself and your inner truth manifests in your life as feelings of tension, anxiety, and distress.

Unless you can turn your focus inward and connect with your core wisdom, you will live a life of quiet desperation.

Understanding why you turn your back on your inner truth and choose misery instead of joy can help you reconnect with your bliss.
