The Liver King is a TikTok star who promotes an ancestral diet of — you guessed it — liver. As well as raw animal organs, egg yolks, fish eggs, full-fat milk and cheese, bone broth, and fermented vegetables.
But that’s not why he got famous. He amassed millions of followers on social media by filming videos shirtless, using his body to advertise his ancestral diet. Or should I say — to advertise his supplement line.
