Warren Buffett is 91 years old and the fifth richest person in the world.

He would likely be in the top two if he hadn’t given away over $45 billion since 2006.

He’s been going at business for well over 6 decades now, accumulating a wealth of over $124.8 billion.

That puts him in the company of people like Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, and Elon Musk.

So, in short, he knows a thing or two about success. He also knows a thing or two about life.

Check out how he likes to spend his days:

“I insist on a lot of time being spent, almost every day, to just sit and think. That is very uncommon in American business. I read and think. So I do more reading and thinking, and make less impulsive decisions than most people in business. I do it because I like this kind of life.”

So, here are Warren Buffett’s three rules for success. The only trouble is they’re not all that sexy. Yet, if applied, they can deeply impact the quality of life.

“Successful Investing takes time, discipline and patience.”
