Why Daily Routines Make You Poor & Fragile
The dangers of relying on daily routines and the importance of adaptability
I used to be someone who lived by my daily routines. I would wake up at the same time every day, eat the same breakfast, go to work at the same time, come home and do the same things, and go to bed at the same time every night.
I thought that this consistency was the key to success and happiness.
But one day, everything changed. I lost my job unexpectedly and my entire routine was thrown off.
I realized that while daily routines can provide structure and stability, they can also make us poor and fragile if we become too reliant on them and are unable to adapt to change.
Here are some reasons why dail.y routines can have a negative effect on your overall well being
Perfection is the killer of progress
Remember — productivity is not limited to perfection.
We often think having a perfect routine, perfect start of the day, perfect skin, perfect hair, perfect everything will allow us to lead our lives perfectly without any mishaps. Skyrocketing our progress to heights unknown.
